Im looking to sell my 2021 RAM 1500 Limited Diesel and would like to know if your dealership is currently purchasing vehicles of this type. The truck is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition, with only 33,000 miles and no accidents, dents, or scratches. Its also equipped with new tires, and all maintenance is fully up to date.
The vehicle is currently financed through SCCU, with approximately $45,000 remaining on the loan. I am interested in receiving a competitive offer and would like to know if your team handles loan payoff directly.

I was verbally assaulted by an abusive employee after waiting over 7 hrs. for my car's repair
- - Long wait for oil change and incomplete alignment on first visit.
- - The rogue employee screamed at me, and the service manager did not address it.
Took my car to Arrigo Jeep in West Palm Beach for an oil change and 4wheel alignment. Waited 3 1/2 hrs.
Alignment was not done correctly so I took my Jeep back the next week. Waited another 3 hrs. for the alignment. Went to get my keys and asked to speak with the SERVICE MGR.
Cashier acted like she didn't want to let me speak with him. A man abruptly came from behind the cashier desk and started screaming at me over and over, "YOUR A LIAR" "YOUR A LIAR" and "you're rude." The useless Service Manager happened to come in the area as this rogue employee lost his *** and did absolutely nothing to address this person whom the Service Mgr. sheepishly said his name was "Anthony" and he was a "service writer." Just not mine. He had zero business interfering in my transaction as he didn't know anything about what I had experienced.
Talked with the Service Manager, he lied that he would contact me the next day. Talked with the Sales Manager, "Vince" he said he would have the General Manager "Andrew" call me. NO ONE CARED ENOUGH TO CONTACT ME. The dealership sucks!
It allowed a customer to be assaulted by a rogue employee and did nothing to stop it.
ARRIGO JEEP PALM BEACH IS TERRIBLE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND HORRIBLE!
User's recommendation: BEWARE - THIS DEALERSHIP ARRIGO under the ownership of Morgan Auto Group SUCKS and imo DOES NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Verbally Assaulted by Employee and Dealership Refused/Failed to Call Me!
- - Oil change and alignment caused long waits: 3.5 hours, then 3 more.
- - Alignment was done improperly.
- - Management did nothing and did not contact me.
This dealership sucks. I took my car there for an oil change and alignment.
Waited 3 1/2 hrs. Alignment was done improperly. Went back next week to get it done right. Waited 3 more hrs.
in waiting room. Asked the cashier to speak with the Service Manager. An aggressive angry man came from behind the cashiers and started screaming at me that I was a liar over and over again. I had not met this man before and He didn't know my circumstances and had no business in this matter.
The Svc. Mgr. witnessed this and did absolutely nothing. The sales manager whom I reported this to did absolutely nothing.
The general manager whom I contacted did not have the decency to contact me. The owner just as bad also chose not to contact me. So far as I know nothing was done to this rogue, angry, clown of an employee!
I WILL NEVER GIVE THESE IDIOTS MY BUSINESS. NOW YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Verified Reviewer |Worst Dealership
- - Salespeople are accused of overcharging and not disclosing terms in sales agreements.
- - Research pricing and be cautious around this dealership.
Buyer beware. This is one of the worst dealerships.
Full of untrustworthy salespeople that will overcharge on cars and not disclose anything on car sales agreements. Make sure you do your research about pricing and be extremely cautious around this untrustworthy dealership.
Dealerships like this and people that work here are the reason why salespeople have a bad name. One of them is Andrew, aka Drew; stay away from that salesperson, one of the worst liars there.

Verified ReviewerOverinflated dealer fees
- - The dealership charges inflated fees, including a $1200 documentation fee, totaling nearly $3000 with taxes, while other dealers charge less or none.
This dealership has some of the most overinflated fees on the market. The dealer fee, which they call a documentation fee, is $1200.
All other made-up fees like the electronic filing fee are $560, battery, tire fee is $196, documentation stamp fee is $203, license fee is $450, lemon law fee is ambiguous, etc. Nearly $3000 in fees which they try to leech out of their customers and the way they stack them, you have to pay tax on them. I understand there are some fees due to the local government. However, I will be surprised if they are more than 10% of what these greedy people charge.
One should avoid this place. It's not worth the aggravation.
There are other car dealers who, for some odd reason, charge less, or no dealer fees at all. Go figure how.
- Advertise low price on line to lure in customers
- Charge the customers with exuberant dealer fees
Preferred solution: Price reduction

Verified ReviewerService Center
- - Truck was taken in Friday at 8am; no contact until Monday.
- - A $3000 estimate with no guaranteed fix.
- - No callback from management; $260 charge.
This is the worst service center. Their service department never calls back.
Don't bother asking for a manager they won't call you back either. They took our truck at 8am on Friday did not hear from them until Monday morning. They diagnose one problem with an estimate of $3000 and can't even tell us if that will fix they problem or not. This service department is a joke.
No phone calls back from management.
A $260 charge for absolutely nothing. I do not know how this place is still in business.

Verified ReviewerNegligence
- - Five visits to Arrigo Dodge for a slipping car; they said it was not the transmission, and later blamed a blown transmission on never changing the fluid.
I had taken my car to Arrigo Dodge service department a total of 5 times! My car felt like it was slipping and bucking.
I was concerned my transmission was going. Each time, Arrigo service department told me it wasn't the transmission. Last time they said it was the cam, the time before they told me it was my mudflap making sounds. I had my car back for two weeks this past time of it being there for the same problem of what I thought was the transmission.
My kids and I were in danger on Crosstown blvd last Thursday when my car stopped working. I had it towed back to Arrigo Dodge in Ft. Pierce. They called and said the transmission was blown because the fluid was never changed.
My car was serviced on 3/24/21 and that included a multipoint inspection. Under Arrigos own definition of multipoint inspection, that includes checking the transmission fluid. If the service department really done this inspection, the transmission would have not blown. The transmission is under locked housing and that is why I took it to be serviced at Arrigo.
I can't do this myself! They are the ones I was relying on and they neglected to do something so simple that my invoice said they did. If they had, then they would have known by the black transmission fluid that something was wrong! I don't think the service department ever looked at it the times I brought it in or they would have known it needed something as simple as fluid.
I have every invoice including 3/24/21.
I've filed with Florida Agriculture and the BBB as the service department still has my car, drained all the fluid and won't touch it. This is so wrong and needs to be made right!

Verified ReviewerNot Arrigo anymore
- - Arrigo is now owned by Morgan Automotive Group.
- - The old Arrigo offered extra loyalty incentives; Morgan lacks them and depth of management.
It has been close to 2 months since my review and we still haven’t received a response to our issue, even after we contacted Michelle who supposedly is the customer Sevice person, which says to us that the new Arrigo doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Stay far away from this dealer you will be sorry if you don’t.
The new Arrigo is now owned by the Morgan automotive group. I don't know if you ever dealt with the old Arrigo, my experience with the old Arrigo was that they were very reasonable and offered some extra incentives to their loyal customers above and beyond the usual Chysler incentives to keep returning customers happy.
Morgan automotive group doesn't have the same philosophy as the old Arrigo had, it was totally a different way of dealing with loyal returning customers, I guess it may be due to the fact this was my first time dealing with Morgan, but extra care and incentives were missing, the sales person was very helpful, but the management in my opinion doesn't have the depth to look at all aspects of satisfying a customers buying experience so they will come back when ready to lease or purchase a new vehicle. The old adage "I love the car but don't like the dealer ", applies here for the Morgan automotive group
- Sales people

Jeep has rust
- - Jeep Compass drives like a dream.
- - Body rust; hood cost $1,400.
- - Roof rust; $3,800 repair; water leaks.
- - Jeep HQ can't help; car is too old.
My sister bought a New Jeep Compass six years ago. It drives like a dream.
The body, however, is rusting so badly that it needed a new hood. Pauline paid $1,400 to replace the hood. The body shop said her roof is rusted also. Arrigo sent us to a body shop.
$3800 Estimate to repair the roof. There is a small space in the roof where water is coming in.
Jeep headquarters said sorry, we cant help. The car is too old. Pauline bought this car thinking it would be her last car.
She is 82 years old and has put 31,200 in six years! HELP

Wont fulfill their end of the deal
- - Brakes squeaked at purchase; dealer promised repair but later said nothing was wrong; rotor scarred and replacement needed under warranty.
I’ll never buy a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram West Palm Beach again. The brakes on my Jeep squeaked when I bought it and I was told it was fine and if it didn’t go away they would take care of it. I was told this by my salesman as well as the sales manager. After a couple of months of waiting for the break squeal to go away, I took it back to the dealer and was told nothing is wrong. The brake rotor that is squealing is scarred and would need replacing to stop the noise.
Is this a serious mechanical problem? No. Is it annoying? Yes. Should this be an issue on a vehicle with only 15,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty as well as the additional warranty I purchased from them? No, this shouldn’t be an issue. I was told it would be fixed if it didn’t go away on its own.
I shook the sales managers hand and took him at his word. Where I come from, your word backed up by a handshake is all you have. I guess at Arrigo West Palm, they don’t view it the same way.
I still would have bought a vehicle from Arrigo if they would have told me they wouldn’t fix the brakes down the road, I just would have bought one without squeaking brakes.
You would think after purchasing an extended warranty for $3000 and paying their dealer fee of over $800, they would at least take the time to honor their word or worked out something to get it taken care of.
The new brake rotor would have cost them under $200 in parts and labor at their cost maybe less. Honestly they could have probably taken a half hour and turned the rotor and it would have fixed the issue. That $200 cost them a lifetime customer and I hope this post costs them more customers. It’s dealers like this that give the industry a bad name.
If you buy a vehicle from Arrigo, do yourself a favor and take it by an independent auto shop on your test drive and have them take a look at it. Better yet, buy a vehicle from someone who will follow up on their end of the deal even after the papers are signed.
Preferred solution: Fix my brakes

Horrible Service Department
- - Two factory recalls.
- - Delays: one car was held 6 days, the other waits 2 weeks, and phone holds lasted 10 minutes, with a sales focus.
I have 2 vehicles with factory recall. First one I made an appointment they kept my car 6 days.
2nd vehicle they tell me I cant get an appointment for 2 weeks but it only takes an hour to repair . Chat just tells you someone will contact you.
Call service and they put you on hold for 10 minutes. They are all about sales lacking in service .
Poor sales follow up !!!!
- - I was told to expect a callback in 20 minutes, but no one called.
- - Vehicle didn't exist in inventory.
- - Sales staff pushed easy sales over my needs.
call the better vehicle, was told I was going to get a call back in 20 minutes, found out through the inventory that my vehicle didn’t exist so nobody ever called back, sales people are looking for the easy cell not really fitting customers needs !!!
Arrive is dishonest
Arrigo sold us a brand new lemon car and they refuse to recall the car and the car was brand new off the show room floor and arriviste repair depot is trained to lie to the customers
